HAF Yoga is Holistic Aqua Flow Yoga and HAF means ocean in Icelandic.

In Holistic Aqua Flow Yoga we offer you yoga, stretches, breath, flow sequences, floating relaxation in weightlessness and meditation in water.

Movement in water relaxes the muscles naturally, helps joints to move in a bigger range than on land, tones the deep core muscles of the body and releases stress to name a few benefits. We also connect to the ability to flow with life and through changes as our consciousness comes into presence and tunes into the all encompassing element of water.

This is a program built with love, warmth and offers healing. We carefully select quality healing music in each class. Arnbjorg has incorporated the sounds of the ancient gong and singing bowls.

This is a program that was born in Iceland 7 years ago and is now taught in over 10 pools in Iceland, offered as a 6 week course for 6 years in 2 pools in Reykjavik, Iceland resulting in a Teacher Training being taught twice in Heilsustofnun in Hveragerði in Iceland.
